I am the new Massage Therapist at Head to Toe Health. I am very excited to be starting up my own practice again and thrilled that it is in Kensington Market.
I moved from Peterborough ON last July where I had my own private practice since Aug of 2004. I have spent this past year working in a Spa, which has been very enjoyable and rewarding; although, I have missed my own practice. I was very pleased to see that space was available at Head to Toe Health.
I love the space and being in the Market is wonderful as I spend many hours a per week there already. I am a Registered Massage Therapist I have my Second Degree Reiki and I am currently studying Craniosacral Therapy. I like to combine modalities for treatment as I find this allows the whole person to be treated. I am more than happy to talk with you about the modalities that I practice and work to
create a treatment plan that is right for you.
I also enjoy empowering my clients with exercises that can be done easily throughout the day at home, at work, in the car etc in order to help correct postural asymmetry and enhance well being. As well as looking at overall lifestyle habits relating to health concerns and setting short term and long term health
goals.
