Beat Summer Time Injuries and Illnesses

Summer is here and that means more outdoor sports, gardening and longer days in the sun. Not only does this lead to a lot of fun, but it also comes with a greater risk for injury and illness. Some common complaints include; muscle and joint stiffness from overexertion, bruising and swelling from falls and accidents, heat exhaustion and sunstroke, as well as nausea and diarrhea from spoiled food.

Homeopathic remedies act as a catalyst to help the body heal itself and are natural, gentle, and safe. It is a complete system of medicine and can be effective in treating any health problem, whether it be acute or chronic.

Below are 4 important remedies to help with common summertime complaints:

Arnica Montana 30ch:

For relief of bruises and swelling from soft tissue injuries.  Use when the body feels sore, bruised and is tender to touch and/or pressure.

Rhus-Tox 30ch:

For relief of muscle and joint stiffness from overexertion.  Use when muscles become stiff and sore after prolonged periods of rest but feel better after moving around.

Aconite 30ch:
