Spelt and Flax Seed Cookies

Ingredients:
2 cups spelt flour
1/3 cup flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup sunflower oil

 

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Mix oil and maple syrup in a separate bowl
  3. Add the maple syrup and oil mixture to dry ingredients and blend until just mixed
  4. Roll into small balls and flatten with fingers
  5. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes. Cool for 10 Minutes.
